- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (such as earrings) are also eligible for returns.
- Sale items, discounted purchases, and gift card orders are non-returnable.

- Unboxing Video Recommended β While not mandatory, a clear unboxing video helps process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items faster.
- Approval & Pickup β Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your address.
- Refund or Exchange β After inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

- Prepaid Orders β Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- COD Orders β Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
π Shipping & Delivery
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Delivery delays due to courier partners are not eligible for refunds.
- Return shipping is free β No extra charges for return pickups!

- Ensure your shipping details are correct when placing an order.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance, only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
